On 14 November, Exxaro was awarded the top prize at the JSE Top 40 and Chartered Secretaries of South Africa (CSSA) Integrated Reporting Awards for their Integrated Report – for the second year in a row.
In line with its corporate values of honest responsibility, Exxaro’s reports reflect its commitment to be accountable to all stakeholders through transparent and balanced reporting.
In their integrated report – which is release once a year - Exxaro ensures to articulate how it will achieve its strategic objectives through driving excellence across all functions within the structures of good governance.
The annual CSSA Awards started 62 years ago and have been encouraging businesses to continue to improve their annual financial and non-financial reporting.
